EmotionalShield for UK schools
A clearer way for schools to receive and respond to bullying concerns.
EmotionalShield is designed to help students speak up and help authorised school staff manage each concern consistently—from the first report through review, action and follow-up.
Give students a route they can understand
A calm reporting journey can help a young person explain what happened in their own words. Schools remain responsible for deciding how reporting is offered, who receives concerns and how urgent situations are handled.
- A clear, accessible reporting route
- School-controlled anonymous reporting options
- Space for dates, context and supporting evidence
Keep safeguarding work connected
Scattered emails, paper forms and informal handovers can make it difficult to see what has already happened. EmotionalShield brings the report, authorised notes, ownership and follow-up into one protected case record.
- Named ownership and next actions
- A chronological record of safeguarding activity
- Role-based access for authorised staff
See patterns without replacing professional judgement
School leaders need enough information to understand recurring locations, behaviours and groups. EmotionalShield supports that overview while keeping safeguarding decisions with trained people—not an automated score.
Start with a controlled, paid school pilot
The Founding School Pilot is £1,500 for one term for up to 1,000 students, with unlimited staff and guided setup. The pilot begins with named safeguarding owners, an agreed reporting process and clear measures of success. If the school continues, the pilot fee is credited towards the £5,000 annual licence.
